Body Description:

This breed has a long and domed skull. They have medium-sized eyes that are well apart from each other expressing the loving and gentle nature. They have proportionate sized straight forelegs with round, strong and closed feet. The size of their tail is moderate as compared to the size of their body.

This breed may have short, sleek or medium coat with sufficient hair coverage.

Weight and Height The height of this breed may vary from 6 to 12 inches, where as the weight may vary from 4 to 25 pounds.
Nature and Temperament This breed is a family dog. This breed has lower instinct of hunting than other dog breeds. In addition, they are specially developed for sedentary living as a house pet. This breed is sweet, gentle, curious and lively dog. They always do well with all humans. This dog is intelligent and brave to alert their master about any danger. They are the best companions for small children. They may do well with other canine pets however, socialisation is important, while training other canine pets.
Activity

This breed possesses great energy and stamina. Their activities include frequent walks. A small fenced yard is best for its exercise. However, make sure to leash this breed before going out for a walk or else the dog may disappear due to its small size.

Life Span This breed is able to survive for a maximum period of 15 years.
