pet guide - Field Spaniel

Field SpanielHistory relates Field Spaniel with English Springer Spaniel and Cocker Spaniel. The early 1500’s saw the existence of this breed in England. Dogs who weighed more than 11 kg underwent crossbreeding, then. Field Spaniel was a result of this. Later in the 1800’s, breeders re-crossed the dog with Irish Water Spaniel and Cocker Spaniel. Through this, the dog got its black coat. This is a rare species.
