Policy Overview

You can choose from two policies - Essential or Premier - depending on the type of vet fees cover you would prefer.

The Essential policy provides veterinary fee cover for a maximum of 12 months treatment and up to £5,000, per condition.

With the Premier policy there is no time limit on reaching the £5,000 limit per condition. All other benefits are the same across both policies.

Payment Options: You can choose to pay your premium by monthly Direct Debit or, if you prefer, you can pay in a lump sum by credit or debit card. Online payments are made via a secure server, which uses advanced encryption technology to ensure your details are safe during transmission.

Age Limits: You can purchase pet insurance for your dog or cat as long as they are 8 weeks old or older. There is no upper age limit, apart from under the death from illness cover. Cover for death from illness ceases once your dog reaches 9 years of age or your cat reaches 11 years of age.

Illness and Injury Limits:
Essential Policy - £5,000 per condition for a maximum of 12 months of cover from the onset of each condition.
Premier Policy - £5,000 per condition with no time limit.

What if my pet . . .

Causes Harm or Damage to Someone Else: Third party liability of up to £2 million if your dog (only dogs) causes injury to another person or damages their property.

Becomes lost: Up to £750 towards advertising and offering a reward for a lost or stolen pet.

Death: Up to £750 for the death of a pet through accident or illness.

What if I am . . .

On Holiday: Up to £1,000 for the cost of cancelling or cutting short your holiday.
